Privacy Statement
PRODINEX bv takes care to safeguard the privacy rights of users of its services. PRODINEX bv therefore treats collected personal data confidentially and in all cases complies with the requirements imposed on it by current privacy legislation (AVG).
Personal data:
PRODINEX bv only collects personal information that is explicitly and voluntarily made available to it. The information may include first and last name, position, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other personnel data provided to PRODINEX bv through correspondence (including by telephone). PRODINEX bv will also process personal data if it is required to do so by law.
Objectives:
In order to be able to perform its work, it is necessary for PRODINEX bv to process personal data. This way it can provide and offer its services correctly. This includes handling payments and sending news reports. Obviously PRODINEX bv will only use the personal data for the purpose for which it was provided.
Retention period:
PRODINEX bv will not keep the personal data provided, for the purposes of use, longer than necessary.
Data subjects’ rights:
Subject to legal grounds for exceptions, the person whose personal data are processed has the right to request PRODINEX bv to inspect, delete and rectify the personal data or restrict the processing in question. The data subject is also entitled to object to the processing and has the right to data portability. PRODINEX bv will comply with each of the aforementioned requests within one month, unless this cannot be required within the aforementioned period due to complexity. If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, the data subject always has the right to withdraw the consent. Please note that you cannot use our service for images that contain personal information (e.g. people shown in the room). Therefore, always make sure that there are no persons in your pictures. When using our service, only use images that you want to transfer to our servers. This is necessary in order to automatically process your images and offer our photo service. Moreover, you can open the images at a later time. After 30 days of non-use, the images are usually deleted. Furthermore, we may store individual images for a limited time to train and improve our recognition algorithm. If you do not agree to this, please delete your uploaded images in our application immediately after use.
Sharing data with others:
PRODINEX bv never provides personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of an agreement, it is obliged to do so by law or it has received explicit permission to do so.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so you don’t have to fill it out every time you visit. But they also allow us to see that you are visiting us again. When you visit our website for the first time, we will display a message explaining cookies. Here we will ask for your agreement to the use of these cookies. You can disable the placing of cookies through your browser, but some things on our website will then no longer work properly.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our website. We have a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to track. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We have Google anonymize the IP addresses.
Security
Personal data security is of great importance to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures:
- Access to personal data is protected with a username and password
- We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that shield all information between you and our website when you enter personal data
